You will learn to better understand one another and discover solutions for your specific issues together. Coaching helps couples & families move from where they are to where they want to be and recognize that each marriage & family is different.

In Relationship Coaching, I work with clients to identify and increase awareness of gaps in their relationship mindset and abilities, creating personal development opportunities. I work with individuals to identify areas where they may lack certain attitudes or abilities that can hinder their relationships.

In Spiritual Life Coaching, I provide a safe and nurturing space for clients to explore their inner selves, beliefs, values, and desires to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and to cultivate a stronger connection with God.

In Pre-marital Coaching, I work with dating couples who are headed towards engagement, and engaged couples. We work through the SYMBIS assessment, using the book and workbook that accompanies the assessment. This comprehensive coaching helps to prepare couples for the life ahead of them, and significantly reduces their chances of becoming a divorce statistic.

When the truth of that scripture hit me, it changed my life in a profound way. So much of my past had been consumed with being understood, explaining myself, and justifying my own bad attitude as righteous indignation, etc. When I learned how to walk in forgiveness of myself and others, and live at peace with those around me, my whole perspective of relationships and life changed.
We are relational beings, called to live among others and to love them as Christ loved us. So many times, we fail that calling miserably. We get stuck in the ick of our own thought processes, and need help moving past hurts and hang-ups so we can fully lean into the calling to love God, and love others with our entire capacity - mind, body and spirit - as we first did in that perfect garden in Genesis.
