My Story
Genesis Wellness was born out of a season of growth and change. I went through a rough divorce, and had to learn how to navigate being a single mom, and walk the path of forgiveness.
Once I learned what true forgiveness looked like in my own life, I started to experience more love and empathy for those around me. God placed a calling on my life to help others walk in the freedom of forgiveness and to help them experience the life-changing power that only comes from resting in HIS peace.
I truly believe that spiritual and mental heath go hand-in-hand, and that one can not experience one without the other.

My Mission
In the beginning, God created a perfect world, and two perfect people. He had a vision for us that included a triune body - mind, body & spirit.
We do not live in that perfection today, because of sin, but we still possess that same triune body, and all three areas need to be in tune to be the best versions of ourselves.
Through coaching, my goal is to help others to find that best version of themselves, and to embrace the beautiful person that God created them to be.
My Method
Mental health and life coaching is NOT counseling. It is taking the positives you have within you, and learning together how to use them to get you to where you want to be.
I walk beside you, encouraging, praying and guiding you as you work to create the outcome you desire in your life. You do the work - I simply assist you with tools and inspiration to do so.
